A skin peel in Mallorca, tailored to your skin

A chemical peel in Palma can mean very different things depending on the acid and the strength used. At Amarse we choose both for your skin, after looking at it closely: its type, its sensitivity, the marks or texture you want to work on and the time of year.

Peels renew the surface of the skin, which helps improve tone, pigmentation, pores and texture. We use them on the face and the body, on their own or as part of a wider plan.

How we choose and apply your peel

02

How we choose and apply your peel

There is no single peel for everyone. At the consultation we ask about your routine, previous treatments and sun exposure, and observe your skin. Then we select the acid and concentration that make sense for your goals and for the way your skin tends to react.

Peeling is not an Esaforesi treatment, but the two can be combined. In some plans a peel prepares the skin; in others it complements a course of Esaforesi for pigmentation, acne marks or stretch marks. We plan the order so each step supports the next.

What a peel helps with

  • Renews the surface of the skin
  • Helps even out tone and pigmentation
  • Refines the look of pores
  • Smoother, more uniform texture
  • Acid and strength chosen for your skin

03

Who it is for

  • 01People with marks, pigmentation or uneven tone.
  • 02Skin with enlarged-looking pores or a rough texture.
  • 03Anyone who wants to refresh the skin of the face or body.
  • 04Those following an Esaforesi plan who want to complement it.

What a peel session is like

The duration depends on the protocol. We cleanse the skin, apply the chosen peel and watch how your skin responds throughout, then remove it as the protocol requires and finish with care for the skin. At the consultation we explain what to expect in the following days and how to protect your skin from the sun, which in Mallorca matters all year round.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about chemical peel.

Which chemical peel is right for my skin?

That depends on your skin type, its sensitivity and what you want to improve. We choose the acid and the concentration after the consultation, never from a fixed menu.

Will my skin peel or go red afterwards?

It depends on the acid and the strength. Some peels leave hardly any visible sign, while others may cause some flaking or redness in the following days. We tell you what to expect from your specific peel before we start.

Can I have a skin peel in summer in Mallorca?

Sun exposure is an important factor after a peel, so we take the season and your plans into account when choosing the acid and the timing. Sun protection is part of the treatment in every case.

Can a peel help with pigmentation?

Peels help improve pigmentation and even out tone by renewing the surface of the skin. How much depends on the type of marks; we assess them at the consultation and may suggest combining with other treatments.

Can I combine a peel with Esaforesi?

Yes. Peeling is not an Esaforesi treatment, but the two can be combined in the same plan, for example for acne marks, stretch marks or dull skin. We decide the order at the consultation.

Is a chemical peel suitable for everyone?

No treatment is. There are situations where a peel is not recommended, pregnancy among them, and we review them with you at the consultation in Palma.
